Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at this time. However, we’re working on changing that. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates to this policy!
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please email us at [email protected] if you need assistance when making your purchasing selection.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
We know you can’t wait to receive your Outboard item(s), but because we custom create each order, it could take up to a week to ship. Once your order is in the mail, we’ll send you an email notification with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
When will I receive my order?
Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2-7 business days. We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Due to the volume of orders we receive, we can't promise that we will be able to modify your order. Please email [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Where is my order confirmation?
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered during checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your safe sender list.
Why was my order canceled?
If we receive a high enough volume of orders, it is possible the item you ordered is now out of stock and no longer available. If this happens, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation and refund your order. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order required additional verification of your billing and payment information and we did not receive a response, the order was canceled because we are unable to hold incomplete orders for longer than 3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we unfortunately do not ship internationally. However, we’re working on changing that. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates to this policy!
How do I update the shipping address of an in-flight order?
We can't promise that we will be able to modify your order, but please email [email protected] as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How do I create an account?
You can create a new Outboard account on the Login page. Once you click on "Register," you'll be directed to the next steps.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Lost password?" link on the Login page. Enter your username or email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Can I change my login email address or password?
You can change your account email address and password in your My Account dashboard. All of your email subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
We’re sorry to see you go! You can click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any Outboard email at any time.
Why am I not receiving your emails if I’m subscribed?
Please check your spam folder and be sure to add [email protected] to your Contacts or Address book. Adding us to your safe sender list allows our emails to enter your inbox safely without being placed in your junk or spam folder.

Will out-of-stock items ever be restocked?
